During any disaster, poor wash facilities and practices as one of the main reasons behind public health risks. Also shortage of tube-well among people who live in char areas suffer to collect safe drinking water, and female are the most sufferers in terms of collect water from long distance including the insecurity issue. Lack of awareness about water sanitation and hygiene creates more suffering to the vulnerable groups in char areas. A group has developed to spread the messages around safe wash practices among direct and indirect beneficiaries. So vulnerability and risks of people on water and sanitation during disaster can be reduced.
