SASA!Together is a community-driven initiative focused on preventing violence against women by encouraging individuals and groups to challenge harmful societal norms and promote gender equality. The program fosters a safer, healthier, and more supportive environment by guiding participants through different phases of engagement. In the initial Awareness Phase, Community Activists and Leaders (CL & LA) explored male power dynamics and initiated dialogues on creating balanced power relationships. Supported by SASA!Together staff, these leaders used feedback and observation to deepen the community's understanding of these issues.

Transitioning to the Support Phase, the program now emphasises collective action to reduce violence against women. With 388 Community Activists and Leaders facilitating activities, the focus is on building a violence-free community through a “power with” approach, promoting unity and shared responsibility. Trained Institutional Allies and equipped volunteers reinforce these efforts, using tools like Power Posters and Community Conversations to spread key messages.

The Support Phase activities have expanded into Camps 8W, 26, 27, and Nayapara RC, reflecting the program’s growing network. Through SASA!Together, participants are empowered to create sustainable alternatives to violence, fostering a resilient network of support and activism across their communities.
